GW45 series air circuit breakers act as the main incoming device in power distribution systems, protecting the installation against overload currents, short-circuit currents and earth faults. They are used in power plants, industrial facilities, mines and smart-building distribution systems with high energy consumption. The intelligent trip unit provides overload, short-circuit, earth-fault and current-imbalance protection. Current values and fault information can be read from the digital display, and the tripping curve can be adjusted to suit the installation. The breaker can be opened and closed manually from the front panel, and the motorised charging mechanism also allows remote operation. Manufactured in compliance with IEC 60947-2.
