Automatic Transfer Switch 400A
400 A, 4-pole automatic transfer switch. Manual and automatic control, mechanically interlocked electromechanical mechanism.
An automatic transfer switch is an electromechanical disconnector that moves the load between two power sources on its own. Its built-in mechanical interlock stops the second source from being connected while the first one is live. If the supply feeding the load is interrupted for any reason, the controller transfers the circuit to the second source and keeps the installation energised. When the mains returns, the load is switched back. Manual operation from the controller is also possible. With a 400 A rating and four poles it suits facilities with generators, business centres, hospitals and data centres. Compliant with IEC 60947-6-1.
